Hello Coach Fatima. I have been searching high and low for channels with husband and wives in polygyny who are over 50. What I’m trying to learn is how to approach this subject when there is no need to have children or kingdom building as a prerequisite.

Poly anything is wrong because 'girl' don't say 'mashallah' here because 'true love' happens between two individuals only, it is 'true' because it involves respect, understanding, care, devotion, loyalty towards eachother and when it is 'mutual' between two it is 'right' because no-one is getting emotionally affected or hurt but in case of women sharing one husband, I am sorry to say 'Sis' you are getting nothing, his loyalty is not only for you, his romantic partner is not only you and what you are losing is your 'dignity and self-respect ' and people who do not have these two, I am sorry they are fooling themselves. So, please whatever religion you got your partner should be yours and you should be of your partner and if there is third one, I am sorry today or tomorrow you will become a 'weed' in 'their' life and you will torture yourself in every way; physically, emotionally and add all the 'ly's' because you will need them.

Many of these issues talked about on this channel aren’t for immature people at all . For an example myself at 20 years old would have no business what so ever thinking about two wife’s or girlfriends or two of anything important . These thoughts on this channel should cause the average man to think beyond basic relationship issues. This not for the weak .

I think this is the argument that Christians have leaned towards. I have a disagreement with polygyny, maybe it's because I lack understanding of the issue. I thought polygyny was for widows and orphans, as a protective measure for women, otherwise marry only 1. Am I wrong brother???

As one of the Black men you speak of who has his life together & actually has the means to practice polygyny, I'm enjoying watching your videos to help me determine how polygyny can fit into my life. My only issue is that I will not raise another mans seed. I have my own children. I've been married before. I also won't get married to the state again as I believe the state has no business in my marriage. I think that a polygyny lifestyle is the only way I'll marry again. I'm a divorced man of means with children who do not desire to have any more. Any potential wives of mine would need to be childless & not desire to have any children as again, i already have my own. I'm trying to determine how polygyny would fit into my personal dynamic. I'm interested in hearing any advice from individuals who've been there. Any resources? Blessings to you and your family. In my opinion muslim women have been brainwashed over the centuries into being second class humans who are basically a threat to men who are not able to take responsibility and control over their sexual instincts. It isvery sad for me as awestern woman to observe how much you sisters are limiting your choices about personal freedom. It is true that we are biologically different which is a beautiful thing. But love is not only about sex and making children, it is a spiritual connection between people of equal human rights who both have the same freedom of choice. The myth that men are providers and protectors comes from primitive ancient beliefs to seve mens convenience and lust for power and control. In fact what are you protecting women from? Mostly from your fellow men. This takes away womens own empowerment. That's the naked truth. Muslim women wake up... we are sisters and I am sincerely worried about your wellbeing!

There is such a powerful message in this video. I've said it before, I'll say it again, I'm truly thankful for the OPR team!! You guys exude such a beauty that can only be brought forth when you start to truly put your trust in the Most High. Polygyny has always been a topic I struggled with, when I was single and now that I am married but it is something that needs to be talked about more often, especially in the way in which you all are speaking of it. In a healthy fashion, with transparency while focusing on the positive. Let's be real, marriage has its seasons where it is just difficult, so I truly appreciate this channel because too often, polygyny is made out to be the reason why marriages have issues. Polygyny within itself is not the issue. It can come with its challenges just like any other change, but it can also be made beautiful when you are willing to shift your focus.

There is a reason God made more available women than men, so that the fewer available men can fertilize plenty of women all they want. There is less men due to who die doing more risker jobs, more incarceration, MGTOW, homosexuality etc etc !! So if it is a 1:1 ration then a lot of women will be without kids and husbands !!

I think it’s part of the husband’s responsibility to recognize his wives insecurities and provide them the needed support and reassurances. She shouldn’t go thru that alone.

I read long time ago that men are by nature polygamous whereas women by nature are monoandric. Throughout the history all big civilization practiced polygamy as a very normal practice.
